Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. All original accessories and documentation must be included.

Please note that if an item is returned in a condition that reflects significant use beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess its nature and function, Pennington London reserves the right to apply a depreciation deduction to the refund amount. This deduction reflects the diminished value of the item and will be communicated to you prior to processing.

How to return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@penningtonlondon.com before sending your item. We will provide you with return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@penningtonlondon.comwith a description and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
