Shipping policy

Delivery area

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. All orders are delivered directly to the address provided at checkout. We do not ship to collection points, parcel lockers, or PO boxes.

Delivery timeframe

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of purchase. Delivery is then completed within 2 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch. Total estimated delivery time is therefore 3 to 6 working days from the date of your order, depending on your location.

During peak periods or public holidays, delivery times may be slightly extended. If you have not received your order within 7 working days of placing it, please contact us at support@penningtonlondon.com.

Delivery cost

Standard delivery is complimentary on all orders.

Order tracking

A tracking reference will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow your delivery.

Failed delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave instructions on how to reschedule or retrieve your parcel. Pennington London is not responsible for delays resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at the time of checkout.
