These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed through penningtonlondon.com.

Placing an order

By completing a purchase on our website, you are making an offer to buy the selected products at the stated price. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order by email and dispatch the goods.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

Prices

All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is complimentary on all orders to UK addresses.

Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely. Pennington London does not store payment card details.

Consumer rights

Your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law are not affected by these terms. In particular, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. Our voluntary returns window of 30 days extends beyond this statutory minimum.

Warranties

All Pennington London winders are covered by a three-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised modification.
